Lifetime Limited Warranty
This Lifetime Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) applies to the Headset, Headset Pro, and Headset Mesh (the “Products”) sold by QHR (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing and using our Products, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
What This Warranty Covers
We warrant that the Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the original purchaser. This Warranty covers the main components of the Products, including:
- Headset chassis and housing
- Noise-cancellation systems (active, passive, and environmental)
- Bluetooth and mesh communication systems
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This Warranty excludes certain components and circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Excluded Items:
- Microphones
- Radio cables
- Other Exclusions:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect, including exposure to extreme environmental conditions outside the specified operational parameters.
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage such as scratches or fading.
- Alterations, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.
- Damage caused by improper maintenance, storage, or transportation.
- Products used for rental, commercial purposes, or any purpose other than normal personal use.
Warranty Remedies
If a defect in materials or workmanship arises and a valid warranty claim is received, we will, at our sole discretion:
- Repair the defective Product at no cost to the purchaser, or
- Replace the defective Product with the same or a comparable model, subject to availability.
Repaired or replaced Products will continue to be covered under this Warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer.
How to Make a Claim
To make a warranty claim:
- Visit our support page at https://goqhr.com/pages/contact to initiate the process.
- Provide proof of purchase, including the original receipt or order confirmation.
- Ship the defective Product to our designated service center at your expense.
If the claim is approved, we will cover the cost of return shipping for repaired or replaced Products.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective Product under this Warranty. We are not responsible for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Products.
Transferability
This Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the Product.
Governing Law
This Warranty is governed by the laws of California, United States. Any disputes arising under this Warranty will be resolved exclusively in the courts of California, United States.
